Project Summary
A warranty portal built on Shopify with custom interactive features and D365 integration. The web-components were built using Svelte and integrated into Shopify’s Liquid templates based on Horizon’s design system. The backend integrates orders with D365 to manage warranty claims and deliveries. warranty.napoleon.com
I worked with Napoleon to create a site that was self-managed on-top of Shopify where customers can submit warranty claims and track their status. The cool feature of this is that users can drill-down through various drawings of a product to find the exact part they need to submit a claim.
On the Shopify integration side, we utilized custom checkout extensions to control validation of warranty claim submissions.
